Parents must agree to the following: · Parental participation is mandatory. No student will be allowed at SRCH without a parent in the building. · By registering your child in the SRCH program, you agree to complete your assigned job every Thursday at the co-op. You may also be called upon during the year if additional help is needed. It is important that you are on time for all jobs. · If you are unable to fulfill your assigned job due to absence, it is your responsibility to find a replacement AND notify a board member. · All parents should be at their job, in a child's class, in Study Hall or the Moms’ Room at all times. · Respect the SRCH standard regarding boy/girl relationships: Respect each other as brothers and sisters in Christ. Public displays of intimate relationships are unacceptable. · All parents are responsible to enforce SRCH rules. · No child is to be in a class unregistered; this includes all siblings. If you have children in public or private school, they may not attend SRCH on Thursdays that they are out of school. · Keep children home with contagious stages of an illness, a fever, or lice. · Do not socialize in the classes. Teachers and facilitators reserve the right to ask those disturbing their class to leave. · Parents will be contacted if a disciplinary problem arises and may be asked to remove their child from class. Parents are responsible for their children’s actions and behavior. · Pets are not permitted on the church premises. · Participation is contingent upon timely tuition payment. Pay according to the Payment Schedule. Tuition and material fees are non-refundable. · A non-refundable $35 registration fee per family must be paid at the time of registration. Make checks payable to CRCC. · All SRCH co-op families must agree to abide by the rules set for our group by Christ the Rock Community Church while using this facility. Failure to comply with parent or student policies will jeopardize your privilege to participate in the SRCH program. |
