Class Requirements
Be sure to check the age requirements and prerequisites before 
registering your child(ren) for a class.  Students must be the age 
stated in the class outlines by September 1, 2008!  Any child who 
does not meet class requirements may be considered for admission on 
an individual basis at the discretion of the teacher and board.  
Please read class descriptions carefully to be sure your child is 
able to handle the  homework and requirements of all the classes you 
choose.  Teachers reserve the right to ask those students not fully 
participating in class to drop that class.

Instructors
Instructors determine the course content and materials.  All 
instructors have signed and are in agreement with the SRCH Mission 
Statement.  Instructors are not employed by SRCH, but are employed 
and paid by the families.  If a teacher is unable to come to class, 
the facilitator will be responsible for that time period.  Tuition 
will not be refunded.

Class Supplies
Students should come prepared with ALL required supplies on the 
first day of school.  All supplies should be marked with the 
student's name.  Students that come to classes without their 
supplies or homework during the year may be asked to leave the class.

Nursery –  Study Hall
These rooms are available during the hours you are registered at 
SRCH.  They are to be used when your children are not in a regular 
class.  Study Hall is for children that can read, study, or work on 
their own assignments quietly.  Nursery is for birth to two years.  
Please be considerate and pick up your children promptly after the 
third session.

Parent's Room
The parent's room is located in the fifth/sixth grade room.  This 
room is for parents only.  Those utilizing this room are expected to 
assist if additional help is needed with jobs.  Parents are asked to 
use this room, and not hallways or classrooms to visit.  Please be 
respectful of the members of our church staff, who are working at 
the front of the building and downstairs during the day.
