Now ACCEPTING deposits on our 2008 litters. We whelp our pups in our home and
24 hour care is given. We spend lots of time and effort in giving each
individual puppy attention so they are sure of themselves before they are in
new homes. Pups will be in there own beds before leaving so they feel
Comfortable in their new homes. Pups will be given 2 sets of shots and they
will be wormed 3 x. Pups also will have a health certificate and a physical
examine verification/shot record from our vet. We do provide references from
our past buyers and you are more than welcome to call our vet. Pups come with
a care package which includes: Blanket with moms sent on it, collar, leash,
dog food, toy and a starter puppy folder with your health records, AKC
registrations application, training tips and parents pedigrees.!

Puppies are 1200.00 and payments are welcome up to 15 Days before you pick
Him/Her up or your shipping date. We accept checks, money orders which can be
mailed certified so I have to sign for them.
If your pup needs to fly home to you, they will fly home on their 8 week
birthday.
If you are coming to pick your pup up, they will be ready for you when they
turn 7 weeks old.
Deposits are non refundable if you choose not to purchase a pup from us.
After putting a deposit down to get on our puppy waiting list you choose not
to purchase a pup, you will lose any deposit or payments received. Please be
sure that your decision to own one of our pups is the right time in your
lives to welcome a new baby into your home, we know it is a huge commitment
and we want to make sure that our litters are well taken care of. If live
changes and you cant take a pup from our current litter and you wish to pass,
your deposit will stay with us and we will contact you about our next
breeding to see if you are ready for your baby then. You will always stay on
our list once we receive your deposit. Your deposit is your commitment to us

Pups that need to fly will be kennel trained so they are comfortable before
leaving our home. Our pups fly out COD to you on Northwest airlines anywhere
with in the USA with the exception of ALASKA or HAWAII. Trans portion costs
are not covered and are solely the responsibility of the buyers.

love to visit with other dog lovers, to share our stories and yours!
Our customers are willing to be references on our behalf. I do have a few
questions that I would like answered before you place a deposit. Please

any of your questions and to find out what you are looking for in your new

Once you have placed a deposit on our litter list you will receive
pictures weekly when your litter is born. You can watch the pups grow before
you eyes. At the age of 4 weeks old, the puppies will have colored collars on
and you will receive individualized pictures of each baby. Progress reports
on their growth and updates weekly will assure you that your pup is getting
the best care possible. We take pride in raising the best baby for you! If
you ever have questions after your pup goes home, we are here to help you
with training questions. We love to hear from our past buyers! We also have

We solely breed our pets to provide a good quality Golden Retriever. We only
sell our pups to Families that will provide them great homes for the life of
their pet. If the new owners cannot provide a home for their dog or new pup
please let us be the first to reclaim our breed. The new owners shall be
responsible not to ever bring their dog to any shelter. We would never put
our pups in the hands of any dealers. Our pups are pets and will need to live
in your home. Golden Retriever do shed and do need to have daily exercise and
vet recommended visits and shot records. A schedule for recommended vet
visits will be provided in your puppy packets. Puppies need training and we
ask that you take them to Obedience classes to help the new owners handle
their new babies. Training practices will also be provided in your puppy
packets.
Puppies do take large amounts of time and effort to ensure that your pet will
be all he/she can be. We do want every puppy buyer to send us pictures and we
request updates on your new pups progress to ensure that we are doing our
best in breeding. Golden Retrievers are very smart and loyal and want to
please which makes training easier then some of the other breeds but do need
to know the do's and don'ts as puppies. We are here for our buyers free of
charge to ask questions at any time.
We do not sell to any puppy mills And please don't buy puppies from puppy
mills! It just encourages them to add 100 more dogs to their breeding
programs.

The parties enter into this contract for the purchase and sale of one (1)
purebred Golden Retriever. The contract terms set forth are prepared for the
benefit of each individual dog, breeder, and buyer – to prevent the
exploitation of the Golden Retriever breed through unselective breeding
programs and practices. The parties enter into this agreement to preserve
their mutual concern and respect for the Golden Retriever breed.
X LIMITED REGISTRATION. The parties acknowledge breeder’s intent to reserve
breeding/stud rights on this Golden Retriever. This dog is not to be
utilized under the Limited Registration for any breeding purposes, and if any
litter is ever produced by this dog the LITTER would not be eligible for AKC
Registration. The dog is eligible to compete in all AKC-licensed events
except breed competition at an AKC-licensed dog show”. “Limited designation
may be removed upon written permission of the litter owner(s) and upon
submission of a form for that purpose…and the required fee,”. For full
registration/breeding rights, 800.00 fee will be charged for the necessary
AKC paper work to reinstate the breeding status for him/her. He or she must
reach 2 years of age and have their OFA certifications and one AKC Title of
your choice.If Buyer request such removal, and the Litter owner agrees that
the dog is of breeding quality, the Buyer will be responsible for the
required fee to AKC. If above said is provided to the seller, the seller
shall lift the Limited registration and the dog may be used for breeding
purposes.

The purchase price of a puppy is $1200.00 (less the deposit of $250.00)

The buyer also agrees to the seller that if for any reason the above said dog
is not a fit for the buyer, this dog will be offered to the seller before any
other persons. The seller will place the dog in a new home of Our choosing.
The buyer must agree that this dog will never be forfeited to any dog or
animal shelter of any kind.
The buyer also agrees to purchase this dog as a household pet. This pet will
be allowed in the buyers home upon arrival. This pup will be treated with a
good nature and calm attitude for all the days of its life. This dog will be
trained properly according to the basic obedience training guidelines. This
said dog will be feed a premium dog food with no corn products for any
guarantee to apply. The buyer must provide this pup with fresh clean water at
all times. This pup should be kennel trained and not exceed a 2 hour stay in
the kennel without being let out to relieve its self. The seller is not
responsible for any vet cost accrued by the above dog.
The Buyer understands that the Seller has first selection of pup or pups from
this litter. In the event the gender preference of the Buyer is not available
in this litter, the deposit will be retained by the Seller to apply to future
litter of the Buyers preference.

HEALTH OBLIGATIONS
The Seller guarantees that the purchased dog is the offspring of a dam and
sire that are free of Hip & elbow genetic origin as determined by the
Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA).
In the event up to two years of age this Retriever receives from the
Orthopedic Foundation for Animals or Penn Hip test, a report of moderate or
severe hip or elbow dysplasia, or genetic heart or eye defect, the Seller is
to be notified immediately.
The Seller agrees to take the dog back, with registration papers, under the
following conditions:
1. Provided the dog has not been used for breeding, either intentionally or
unintentionally.
Provided the dog has received proper exercise and diet, and has been properly
maintained for his size and weight.
The OFA report and all copies of the veterinarians health record are to be
forwarded to our veterinarian (we will supply the name and address when
contacted).
Upon receipt and review of the records, if deemed necessary, the X-rays will
be repeated and resubmitted to OFA, at the Sellers expense. If the OFA
opinion is reversed to a Fair to Excellent, the Buyer will reimburse these
expenses to the Seller. Trans portion costs are not covered and are solely
the responsibility of the buyers.
If the OFA report on the second set of X-rays is of moderate or severe
dysplasia, the seller will take the dog back and offer a replacement dog,
when available.
In the event the Buyer wishes to keep the dog, it must be neutered/spayed to
prevent future breeding, at Buyers expense, and all future medical and other
expenses that may occur are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
In the event this Retriever is diagnosed with Progressive Retinal Atrophy,
the Seller agrees to take the dog back under the same conditions and
procedures (CERF report) as stated above. As a breeder we guarantee that our
dogs are very well taken care of as well as our puppies, and we do our best
to assure that proper nutrition is given freely to all for proper growth. We
feed Eukanuba which is a chicken and rice product. Our puppies are raised
on large breed formula which is the best food for slow growth.
We do screen all our breeding stock for genetic defects. As we all know
breeding has its risks. Like people raising a family we can not guarantee
that all will be always be perfect but we do our best to give them the right
start. By week five your pups will know to go potty outside and how to use a
puppy potty door!! This makes your potty training efforts much less. Clean
puppy beds always makes smarter pups. They dont like to make a mess in the
house and cry to go out!! With our years of experience we do our best to
produce you a quality golden that is free of faults.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION
The buyer agrees to provide the following:
·Proper exercise, diet, shelter and general care;
·Properly maintain adequate and humane environment and accommodations
·Regular veterinary care including checkups, regular worming, illnesses and
injury treatments, age appropriate vaccinations as recommended by a qualified
veterinarian, and any other medically related care needed by the dog
·Suitable safe area for the dog, and must leave in your home environment.
·Microchip (or tattoo) as means of identification, with submission of
necessary materials for registry, listing this kennel as a secondary contact
on such registry
·Appropriate lifetime training and socialization of the dog, which
significantly contributes to the ultimate temperament and reliability of the
dog.
Buyer agree's not to overwork or strain the pup. Jumping up and down off of
tail gates running up and down stairs is very harmful for joints as well as
running your pup long distances.
In addition, the Buyer agrees to the following:
·Have the dog examined by a qualified veterinarian within 3 business days of
purchase
·Use the “Muddy Meadow's” kennel name as first name in the official registry
name
·Notify Seller of any change in contact information, including change of
address during the dog’s lifetime
·Submit applicable registration materials with AKC within 30 days of receipt
from Seller
·Notify Seller of any pertinent accomplishments of the dog, titles, awards of
merit or other accomplishments recognized by any appropriate organization
·Release Agreement – allowing Seller to use the dog’s name, picture, and/or
other information in advertising the kennel or other dogs, providing that
Seller shall give Buyer proper recognition of ownership where appropriate.
Such Release Agreement is inclusive in the signing of this Purchase and Sales
Agreement
The Buyer understands that all expenses associated with caring for, raising
training and socialization of this dog is the sole responsibility of the
Buyer and accepts the risks and responsibilities of owning this dog.

The breeder (seller) guarantees the described Retriever is a purebred dog,
registration application will be provided with the American Kennel Club.
The seller will furnish a true and correct copy of the pedigree of the dam
and sire and the AKC registration certificate of the purchased dog to the
owner upon final payment or upon receipt from AKC.
The following warranties apply:
·The seller is the lawful owner of the dog; the dog is free of all
encumbrances; and the seller has the right to sell the dog
·The dog is in good health and sound body at the time that the dog is
transferred to buyer
·To the best of the sellers knowledge, the dog is of stable temperament and
sound disposition at the time that the dog is transferred to buyer
·The dog has received all vaccinations or other treatment as appropriate to
the age of the dog at the time of transfer of ownership
·Veterinary records will be provided at time of transfer
·To the best of sellers knowledge, the dog is free from any contagious or
harmful diseases and has been checked with in 10 days before pick up by our
vet.
·This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal.
While it may be capable of performing other functions, no warranty is given
as to its fitness for any special purpose. The sellers have used their best
judgment and the advice of other fanciers in evaluating this dog.
Transportion costs are not covered and are solely the responsibility of the
buyers.

FUTURE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The parties understand that the Breeder retains an interest in all dogs
bearing his/her Kennel name, and that an unauthorized resale of the dog may
adversely affect and damage the Kennels reputation and the value of the
Kennels dogs. Because of the foregoing, the parties agree to the following:
In the event the Buyer is unable to keep this Retriever for any reason, the
Buyer agrees to immediately contact the Seller.
The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the first option to either
take the dog back or help with the placement of the retriever. In the event
the dog is returned to the Seller, the Buyer will provide to the Seller all
applicable transfer of ownership papers and current copies of veterinary
records; OR assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for the dog.
Under no circumstances is this Retriever to be surrendered to an animal
shelter, dealer in dogs for sale or auction, or given or sold to an animal
research facility or laboratory.
In the event the Buyer sells the dog, or gives the dog away without the
Seller’s prior consent, the Seller may seek damages in the value of the dog
and consequential damages to the Kennel.

training and socialization of this dog is the sole responsibility of the
Buyer and accepts the risks and responsibilities of owning this dog.

Seller’s Obligation
The breeder (seller) guarantees the described goldendoodle is a hybrid cross
of 2 purebred dogs, Both breeding dogs are AKC registered, you will be
provided with the American Kennel Club pedigrees.
The seller will furnish a true and correct copy of the pedigree of the dam
and sire.
The following warranties apply:
·The seller is the lawful owner of the dog; the dog is free of all
encumbrances; and the seller has the right to sell the dog
·The dog is in good health and sound body at the time that the dog is
transferred to buyer and has been vet checked and cleared for a home.
·To the best of the sellers knowledge, the dog is of stable temperament and
sound disposition at the time that the dog is transferred to buyer
·The dog has received all vaccinations or other treatment as appropriate to
the age of the dog at the time of transfer of ownership
·Veterinary records will be provided at time of transfer
·To the best of sellers knowledge, the dog is free from any contagious or
harmful diseases and has been checked with in 10 days before pick up by our
vet.
·This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal.
While it may be capable of performing other functions, no warranty is given
as to its fitness for any special purpose. The sellers have used their best
judgment and the advice of other fanciers in evaluating this dog.
Transportion costs are not covered and are solely the responsibility of the
buyers.

FUTURE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The parties understand that the Breeder retains an interest in all dogs they
are bearing, and that an unauthorized resale of the dog may
adversely affect and damage the Kennels reputation and the value of the
Kennels dogs. Because of the foregoing, the parties agree to the following:
In the event the Buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the
Buyer agrees to immediately contact the Seller.
The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the first option to either
take the dog back or help with the placement of the dog. In the event
the dog is returned to the Seller, the Buyer will provide to the Seller all
applicable transfer of ownership papers and current copies of veterinary
records; OR assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for the dog.
Under no circumstances is this doodle to be surrendered to an animal
shelter, dealer in dogs for sale or auction, or given or sold to an animal
research facility or laboratory.
In the event the Buyer sells the dog, or gives the dog away without the
Seller’s prior consent, the Seller may seek damages in the value of the dog
and consequential damages to the Kennel.
