are NOT IN GOOD STANDING.  Please contact me immediately so that I can work 
with you to get them up to date.  These schools may  not at this time, 
participate in Reflections or Citizenship Essay contest if they are not in 
the office before December 1.

LOCAL UNIT/COUNCIL TO DO:

*Send in your "current" officers information, the vapta.org site has an 
electronic version to type into and send.  Make sure to send a copy to your 
council president.

*Get your audits done before the beginning of the school year. A copy must go 
to the state office and your council president.

*Check those bylaws, when are they up for review?
