• 3) Are you planning/have you already applied as a lifeguard for A-
  Beautiful Pools as well or are you applying for a swim lesson
  instructor position only?
  
• 4) If lifeguarding as well, are you willing to teach at pools other
  than your main lifeguarding pool?
  
• 5) Do you have any experience teaching swim lessons? If yes, please
  explain further (include what company you taught for, how many years
  and any other information you feel is useful in determining your
  position as well as swim lesson pay rate).
  
• 6) If applying only for swim lessons, what area do you live in or what
  area would you prefer to teach in: Cypress, Katy, Spring. (Feel
  free to explain where you live if you are unsure so we can figure
  out the best pools for you).
  
• 7) How many hours per day would you be willing to teach swim lessons?
  (We have some pools with a lot of swim lessons and some with very
  few or none at all -- this will help us put you at the appropriate
  pools)
  
• 8) Do you have any vacations planned this summer? If yes, please state
  the dates or approximate dates. I need this to help determine
  if/when you can teach.
  
• 9) Will you be taking summer school or involved in other activities
  that could limit your teaching schedule? If yes, please explain
