Tuition Lottery Guidelines
- Must be a CURRENT DUES PAYING MEMBER of the Holy Child Home and School Association.
- CURRENT on your tuition and all school dues.
- Kid Stuff Books must be paid for or returned to the Home and School Board.
- Must attend ALL General Body Home and School Meetings, not including Back to School Night. You must be sure to sign in at each meeting on the sign in sheets and have your card stamped by a Home & School board member to receive credit for meeting attendance.
- Need 10 SERVICE HOURS for either a Home & School Function or a School Function. (Excluding Lunch Parent, Homeroom Parent; Chaperones or CYO events.) Only the events that are included on the “Approved Volunteer Hours” flyer will count towards your service hours. You are required to sign in and out at each event that you volunteer your time. If you do not sign in/out we cannot credit you hours for the event. Each function’s moderator and/or the school office will have a volunteer sign in/out sheet.
- Please have your membership card with you at ALL MEETINGS so we can stamp the back of your membership card.
If you have any questions regarding your hours, PLEASE SEE A BOARD MEMBER. If the Board Member is unsure they will check with the ENTIRE board and get back to you in a timely fashion.

If you are able to assist with any of these functions it is your responsibility to ask the moderator of each event for the sign in/out sheets so that you receive credit for your time to be applied to the Home and School Tuition Lottery drawing in May.
