Announcements ~ Nov/Dec 2008:

1.    Santa Hat/Collection for a Needy Family-Every year Pack 16 collects money at the Nov/Dec pack meetings and then donates this money to PJP to go to a needy family to help out at the Christmas holiday. This year we are actually adopting a family in need. This family is a neighbor to one of our den leaders and has fallen on some difficult times.  The father in the family suffered an accident on the job and is going through a long and difficult recovery. Pack 16 would like to make the holiday a brighter for them this year. Please be generous. J

2.    Coatesville Christmas Parade 12.6.08 @ 9 am ~ Spot near the bridge unless otherwise notified. Parents should stay with scouts unless arrangements are made with another adult.

3.    Pack 16 is hosting a bowling night for the scouts at Bowling Palace.  It will be on Tues., Dec. 30th from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Bowling Palace.  This will be two hours of bowling, pizza and soda. The pack will cover the cost for the scout. All others will be $17.
