Frame: Custom made for the Kickbike, hi-ten steel, 495N/mm2, 42x1.6mm, super oversize, special reinforcing system, advanced pipe bending techniques, bumper/reinforcement under the frame, all TIG welding integral footplate. Two height settings for the rear wheel for race or cruising (replaces lowering kit).
Footboard: Integral with frame with clearance holes and non-slip mat.
Fork: 700C hybrid fork, hi-ten steel, TIG welding, lightweight.
Painting: liquid paint, zinc-phosphate anti-rusting treatment under and clear coat on top. UV protection.
Decals: clear, die cut custom decals for the KB.
Head parts: sealed 11/8" headset bearings in black, ball races, anti-loosening mechanism. Angle-adjustable stem and bar ends.
Rims: Alex double wall alloy rims with CNC machined braking surface.
Front and Rear hub: sealed ball races, alloy, quick-release.
Spokes: 2.0mm, stainless spokes with chrome-plated brass nipple.
Front and Rear brakes: dual-pivot alloy V-brake
Brake levers: reach adjustable alloy levers, L-shape.
Cable and wire: tbn-coated anti-rust wires, rear cable goes inside the frame.
Grip: black craton rubber on the H-bar
Bell: steel/plastics minibell, black
Reflectors: 6 pieces reflectors, front white, rear red, wheels amber 2 x 2. Front reflector can be fixed to the front brake axle.
Mudguards: Steel mudguards painted to frame colour with black anodized stays and nyloc nuts.
Kickstand: Alloy adjustable and removable stand assembled onto frame
Other standard equipment: Assembly tool set, 5mm/6mm hex key tool, open end spanner for 8mm and 10mm nuts, screw drivers, instruction sheet, touch-up paint bottle for the frame and front fork.
