Expository Preaching Experience:
Presently we are preaching through 1-2 Peter. While serving as Pastor of the
Ellington Community Church I have preached through Colossians, Philemon
Joshua, and 1-3 John.
I also preached through the second half of Ephesians while serving as the
Interim Pastor at the First Congregational Church of North Collins.
Topical Preaching Experience:
As pastor of the Ellington Community Church I have had the opportunity of
preaching at the Ellington Days Community Service in the Park and for the
joint Maunday-Thursday communion service.
I have preached many evangelistic, discipleship and Christian living
messages in other settings as well. I preached in various internship
situations while attending Moody Bible Institute, at supporting churches
while serving at the Buffalo City Mission and in the Mission Chapel for
various program events. I have also prepared and delivered Thanksgiving,
Communion, Christmas, Advent, New Years, Easter, Mother's day, Father's day,
Memorial day, Labor day, wedding, funeral, graduation and other occasional
messages.
Preaching Courses Completed at Moody Bible Institute:
Homiletics I, Homiletics II, Homiletics III, and Evangelistic Messages
(total 8 credit hours).
