SUNNYSIDE and SHADYSIDE, Hyde Bay Colony, Otsego Lake, Cooperstown,NY
Sunnyside and Shadyside are rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday, as
housekeeping units. This means guests bring their own bed, and bath linens,
and agree to leve the house clean and in good order for the next family.
Guests may bring one boat or any number of canoes, kayacks, and bicycles, but
please do not bring any pets, jet skis or all terrain vehicles. Guests
should put their boat in at one of the public ramps in the Village, but may
dock it at our boat docks. The trailer should be parked in the old orchanrd
up behind the cottages.
Sunnyside has three bedrooms to sleep up to six people, and one full
bathroom. Shadyside has four bedrooms to sleep up to 10 people and two full
bathrooms. Both cottages may be rented from mid April through mid October.
Shadyside may be rented at other times during the year as well. Sunnyside
rents for $1000/week. SHADYSIDE rents for $1400/week. 4% Otsego County
Occupancy tax also applies. The rates for returning guests and off season
weeks are $100 less.
The HOUSE IN EASTPORT is not yet ready for rental, but will be shortly.
The HOUSE IN ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH is not yet ready for rental but will be
shortly.
