Sunnyside is a charming, three
bedroom cottage with a nice view
of Otsego Lake from all of the
front rooms, the front porch and
the side deck. The house has a full
bath and an open great room with
kitchen, dining and living space.

Shadyside is a four bedroom, two
story house with views of the lake
from almost every room, the front
porch and the back deck. There are two
full bathrooms and an open house plan
with a large living room, dining room
and kitchen. In adition, there is
a sitting room on the second floor with
windows that overlook a rocky ravine
and White's Creek.

Shadyside's kitchen is well stocked and large
enough for the cook and several helpers to
move around comfortably. The stove is in
the penninsula that opens into the dining
room. There is a dishwasher, a microwave
oven, and a glass cooktop over the oven.
Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen
to the back deck.

The dining room table seats an additional
six or eight people, and opens to both
the kitchen and the livingroom.

The downstairs bathroom has an oversized
shower. The upstairs bathroom has a
bathtub with a shower surround.
