Formula
Baby Food
Baby Wipes (we prefer Huggies and Pampers)
Several changes of clothing



OVER 18 MONTHS OLD:

Complete change of clothing
Sleeping Bag (character bag sold at Target, Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, etc. NOT camping
style)


PLEASE BE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME!!!




ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE – This is a $50.00 fee (maximum fee of $100.00 per
family) due February first or at the time of registration.
