2009 Season
Ortonville 16 Rosen 6

Madison 14 Rosen 11


Rosen 6 Benson 5 10 innings
Rosen was able to pull out a 6-5 extra inning win to secure the 3 seed in the 
upcoming Teal League Playoffs.  Benson got things going by scoring 2 runs in 
the top of the first with two outs however, Rosen answered back with 2 runs 
in the bottom of the first with two outs also. Ethan Scoblic started on the 
hill for Rosen and pitched 8 solid innings but was not a factor in the 
decision.  Jeremy Ohm pitched two scoreless innings in relief to pick up his 
fifth win of the season.  Rosen knocked out thirteen hits on the afternoon.  
Ohm led the team with three hits on the day.  Jared Weber, Travis 
Radermacher and Redgey Rademacher each had two hits apiece.  Justin Stamp, 
Scoblic, Tom Spors and Mickey Rademacher each had one hit on the day.

Madison 9 Rosen 3
Rosen fell to Madison Friday night by the score of 9-3.  Rosen scored their 
only three runs of the game in the 3rd inning.  Justin Stamp started on the 
mound and pitched five plus innings.  Jeremy Ohm pitched four innings in 
relief.  Leading the Express offense was Travis Radermacher with two hits on 
the night.  Mickey Rademacher, Trent Rademacher, Jeremy Ohm, Evan Sammon and 
Justin Stamp each had one hit on the night.  

Chokio 8 Rosen 5
Rosen lost thier second league game of the weekend this time to the Chokio 
Coyotes 8-5.  Jeremy Ohm started on the mound and took the loss.  Justin 
Stamp pitched 2 scoreless innings in relief.  Ohm lead the offense for Rosen 
getting four hits on the afternoon.  Trent Rademacher, Aaron Adelman, Redgey 
Rademacher, Stamp and Zach Ronglien all had 1 hit apiece on the day.  

Canby 4 Rosen 3
Rosen lost a critical league game to Canby Friday night in Rosen.  Ethan 
Scoblic started on the mound for Rosen and pitched 5 innings.  Justin Stamp 
pitched 4 scoreless innings of relief baseball.  Rosen only had four hits on 
the night with two of them coming off of the bat of Aaron Adelman one of 
which went for a triple.  Redgey Rademacher had one hit one the evening and 
also knocked in all three of Rosen's runs, Jared Weber had the other hit on 
the night.  

Rosen 2 Ortonville 0
Rosen split the season series with Ortonville by picking up a 2-0 win in 
Rosen for the annual 4th of July game.  Jeremy Ohm started on the mound for 
the Express and pitched his second complete game shutout of the season and 
also picked up his team leading 4th win of the season.  Offensively Rosen had 
eight hits on the day with Ethan Scoblic, Ohm and Jared Weber each having two 
hits and Travis Radermacher and Redgey Rademacher each having one hit apiece 
on the day.  

Granite Falls 8 Rosen 0
Rosen lost the season series to Granite Falls Wednesday night by the score of 
8-0.  Ethan Scoblic started on the mound and pitched 7 innings working out of 
a few jams including a bases loaded situation in the first inning in which he 
got a 1-2-3 double play to end the inning.  Granite got on the board in the 
4th inning with a lead off home-run by their clean-up hitter.  Granite tacked 
on 5 more runs in the 7th to make the score 7-0 and put the game out of reach 
for the struggling Express offense.  Rosen only managed 3 hits on the night 2 
of them coming off the bat of Scoblic and 1 by Jared Weber.  

Land O' Ducks Wood 3 vs. Land O'Ducks Teal 2
The LOD Wood League scored single runs in the second, third and fourth 
innings to win the League All-Star Game.  Tanner Gram of Chokio started on 
the mound for the Wood League and Curt Schake of Ortonville started on the 
hill for the Teal League.  Nick Hervin from Chokio, Eric Asche from Morris 
and Mike Kill from Dumont all pitched in relief for the Wood League with Kill 
picking up the save and Hervin earning the win.  Kyle Sachs from Appleton and 
Wes Stettner from Benson pitched in relief for the Teal League.  Leading the 
Wood League offense was Mike Adelman from Clinton, Craig Knockenmus from 
Morris and Nick Hervin with 2 hits apiece.  Kirby Marquart from Morris, Zach 
Howe from Chokio, Eric Asche, Mike Kill, Adam Hoffman from Dumont, Darin 
Gronwald from Dumont and Reed Schmitz from Wheaton all had 1 hit apiece in 
the game.  Travis Radermacher from Rosen and Avan Kells from Madison lead the 
Teal League with 2 hits apiece.  Curt Schake, Ryan Lee from Appleton and Kyle 
Sachs each had 1 hit apiece.     

Morris 12 Rosen 4
Rosen lost to the Morris Eagles 12-4 Wednesday night.  Jeremy Ohm started on 
the mound and pitched 5 innings.  Justin Stamp pitched in relief.  Aaron 
Adelman and Jared Weber each had 2 hits to lead the Rosen offense with one of 
Adelman's hits being a double.  Travis Radermacher, Jeremy Ohm and Ethan 
Hoffman each had 1 hit apiece.

Rosen vs. Canby
Rosen's game vs. Canby was rained out and will be made up on Friday July 10th 
at 6:30 in Rosen.

Rosen vs. Prior Lake Mudcats
Rosen's game vs. the Mudcats was rained out and will not be made up.  

Rosen 5 Madison 3
Rosen was able to pick up a league win on Sunday afternoon against the 
Madison Mallards.  Jeremy Ohm picked up his team leading 3rd win of the 
season by going the distance and striking out 8 Madison batters.  Travis 
Radermacher lead the offense with 2 hits one of which was a double.  Jared 
Weber, Redgey Rademacher, Jeremy Ohm, Aaron Adelman and Evan Kraft each had 1 
hit in the game, with Adelman's being a triple.  

Raymond 11 Rosen 0
Rosen dropped a non-league contest to the Raymond Rockets Saturday afternoon 
at Rosen.  Mickey Rademacher took the loss for Rosen on the mound.  Jared 
Weber and Evan Kraft pitched in relief for Rosen.  Aaron Adelman had 2 hits 
on the afternoon and Travis Radermacher, Ethan Hoffman and Trent Rademacher 
each had 1 hit apiece.

Benson 8 Rosen 7
Rosen blew a 7-1 lead in the 6th inning when Benson plated 6 runs to tie the 
game up at 7. Benson scored the go ahead run in the 8th and held Rosen in the 
9th inning to pick up the win.  Ethan Scoblic started for Rosen on the mound 
and went the distance striking out 9 along the way.  Redgey Rademacher had 2 
hits on the night to lead the Express offense.  Tyler Adelman, Ethan Scoblic 
and Mickey Rademacher all had 1 hit apiece in the loss.  

Rosen 13 Appleton 3
Rosen got back on the winning track as they knocked off the Appleton A's.  
Jeremy Ohm started on the hill for the Express and picked up the win, his 
second of the year.  Leading the Rosen offense was Jared Weber who had 3 hits 
and 2 RBI on the day.  Justin Stamp and Aaron Adelman each had 2 hits on the 
afternoon and Ethan Hoffman, Jeremy Ohm, Travis Radermacher, Tyler Adelman 
and Trent Rademacher each had 1 hit apiece.  "We hit the ball much better in 
this game and we took advantage of the Appleton walks and errors to pick-up 
the league win after a tough loss the night before" commented Coach Rademacher

Ortonville 6 Rosen 0
Ortonville pitchers held Rosen to just 2 hits on the evening blanking the 
Express 6-0. "Ortonville pitchers did a great job of hitting spots and 
throwing strikes and there defense made all the plays in this one"  commented 
Coach Rademacher.  Ethan Scoblic started on the hill for Rosen and went the 
distance giving up 6 runs with 3 of the runs being unearned.  Travis 
Radermacher and Redgey Radmacher each had a hit on the night.  

Granite Falls 12 Rosen 9
Granite Falls jumped out to an early 5-0 lead after the top of the first 
inning off of starter Evan Sammon, Sammon pitched the first 3 innings but did 
not factor in the decision.  Rosen would answer with a single run in the 
first and 3 runs in the 3rd, 2 of those runs coming off of a Jared Weber 
triple.  Justin Stamp worked the middle 3 innings of the game and held 
Granite scoreless.  In the bottom of the seventh Rosen would take a 9-8 lead 
scoring 4 runs.  The lead was short lived however as Granite came back with 3 
runs in the 8th and 1 run in the 9th off of Travis Radermacher who pitched 2+ 
innings with Evan Kraft getting the last 3 outs in the 9th.  Leading the 
offense for Rosen was Aaron Adelman with 2 hits and Tyler Adelman, Evan 
Kraft, Travis Radermacher, Redgey Rademacher, Jared Weber, Justin Stamp, and 
Mickey Rademacher all had 1 hit apiece.

Rosen 16 Canby 10
Rosen knocked out 17 hits on the day in Canby.  Rosen jumped out on top in 
the first inning scoring 2 runs and never relinquished the lead.  Rosen's big 
inning came in the fourth when they scored 5 runs.  Leading the offense was 
Zach Ronglien with 4 hits and 3 RBI on the afternoon.  Travis Radermacher had 
3 hits on the day one of which included a 2 run homer.  Tyler Adelman, Justin 
Stamp and Aaron Adelman had 2 hits apiece and Mickey Rademacher, Tom Spors, 
Jared Weber and Evan Kraft all had 1 hit apiece.  Jared Weber started on the 
mound pitching 5 innings picking up the win.  Justin Stamp pitched the fianl 
4 innings picking up his second save of the season.

Clinton 15 Rosen 3
It was all Cinton on a windy Memorial Day afternoon in Rosen.  Clinton jumped 
up early scoring 2 runs in the top of the first.  Ethan Scoblic started on 
the mound for Rosen and pitched 7 innings leaving the the game down 5-0.  The 
wheels came off for Rosen as Clinton would plate 10 more runs in the final 2 
innings of the game off of a host of Rosen pitchers.  Leading the offense for 
Rosen was Aaron Adelman with 2 hits one of which was a double.  Jared Weber, 
Tyler Adelman, Travis Radermacher,Ethan Scoblic, Justin Stamp and Redgey 
Rademacher all had 1 hit apiece for Rosen.

Rosen 1 Wheaton 0
Jeremy Ohm and Jay Nelson of Wheaton locked horns in a classic pitchers duel, 
both pitchers threw complete games for their team.  Nelson pitched a no-
hitter for Wheaton but Rosen was able to scratch across a run in the 7th 
inning on a balk with runners at first and third.  Ohm pitched 9 innings 
earning the win, he struck out 9 along the way.  

Raymond 4 Rosen 3
Rosen dropped a tightly contested game to the Raymond Rockets in non-league 
action Wednesday night on the road.  Rosen sent Ethan Scoblic to the mound 
for some work as he pitched three innings.  Justin Stamp pitched the middle 
three innings not giving up a run.  Travis Radermacher was then called upon 
to finish the game.  He pitched a scoreless 7th inning before giving up his 
only hit, a solo homerun to right field in the bottom of the 8th inning.  
Leading the offense was Travis Radermacher with 2 hits on the night.  Other 
players with a hit were; Jared Weber, Tom Zupan, Zach Ronglien and Ethan 
Hoffman.   

Dumont 10 Rosen 0
Rosen lost a league game on the road against the Dumont Saints.  Dumont 
plated 2 runs in the first inning and never looked back the rest of the 
game.  Jeremy Ohm started on the mound for Rosen and pitched 6 good innings.  
Justin Stamp pitched in relief.  Rosen bats were once again silent as they 
ony picked up one hit on the afternoon that coming off the bat of Travis 
Radermacher.  

Rosen 6 Appleton 5 12innings
Rosen started off Land O’ Ducks League play with a 6-5 12inning win in 
Appleton Sunday afternoon.  Rosen got on the board with 1 run in the 3rd and 
added 4 more in the 4th inning.  Rosen would not score again until the 12th 
inning when Travis Radermacher came through with a 2 out RBI single.  Ethan 
Scoblic started on the hill for Rosen pitching 6 innings; he was relieved by 
Justin Stamp who earned the win going the final 6 innings.  Offensively Rosen 
had 8 hits in the game.  Leading hitters were Travis Radermacher with 3 hits, 
Justin Weber with 2 and Stamp, Ronglien and Scoblic having 1 hit apiece.

Sacred Heart 11 Rosen 1
Sacred Heart and Rosen were scoreless until the 4th inning when Sacred Heart 
plated 7 runs.  Rosen was unable to battle back dropping an exhibition game 
in Sacred Heart.  Justin Stamp started on the hill for Rosen and was relieved 
by Travis Radermacher.  Rosen had just 6 hits in the game with; Evan Kraft, 
Justin Stamp, Travis Radermacher, Aaron Adelman, Tom Spors and Mickey 
Rademacher all picking up a hit apiece.  

Rosen 12 Chokio 6
The Rosen Express got their 2009 season under way with a non-league 12-6 win 
in Chokio Saturday afternoon. Ethan Scoblic started pitching for the Express 
and threw the first 6 innings picking up the win.  Justin Stamp pitched 3 
innings in relief earning the save.  Offensively Rosen knocked out 10 hits 
with Evan Sammon, Justin Stamp and Ethan Scoblic having 2 hits apiece and 
Evan Kraft, Zach Ronglien, Tyler Adelman and Dominic Rademacher having 1 hit 
apiece.   

2008 Season
Rosen 5 Appleton 2
Rosen picked up a win in the season opener and Land O' Ducks League opener 
for both teams on a sunny afternoon in Appleton.  Express starter Andy 
Larson pitched a complete game to pick up the win.  Newcomer Ethan Scoblic  
had 2 hits in his debut, Redgey Rademacher, Travis Rademacher, Evan Sammon 
and Aaron Adelman all had 1 hit for Rosen.

Wheaton 12 Rosen 9
Rosen dropped a league game at Wheaton.  Rosen took a quick 1-0 lead in the 
1st on a RBI single off the bat of Jeremy Ohm scoring Evan Kraft.  Rosen 
would score again in the 2nd on a Wheaton throwing error.  However the 
Express would have to play catch-up the rest of the game after giving up 6 
runs in the 4th.   Express starter Andy Larson lasted only 3+ innings before 
giving way to Ohm to pitch the final 5 innings in relief.  Evan Kraft, 
Travis Radermacher, Redgey Rademacher, Jeremy Ohm and Zach Ronglien all had 
1 hit apiece for Rosen.

Dumont 9 Rosen 8
Rosen dropped a tightly contested game at home vs. Dumont.  Rosen again 
jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead after the 1st inning.  However, Dumont would 
come back to tie it in the top half of the 2nd.  The game would remain close 
until Dumont scored 5 runs in the 8th inning to take a 9-3 lead.  Rosen 
would mount a big come back in the bottom of the 9th to make things 
interesting, but could not close the deal. Jeremy Ohm started on the bump 
for the Express pitching a solid 8 innings of ball.  Ethan Scoblic pitched 
the 9th for his first action of the year on the hill.  Evan Kraft and Aaron 
Adelman had 2 hits apiece, while Travis Radermacher, Andy Strei, Redgey 
Rademacher and Jeremy Ohm had 1 hit apiece for Rosen

Clinton 8  Rosen 4
Rosen again got out to an early lead but was unable to hold on.  The Express 
had to play catch up after Clinton scored 6 runs in the 4th inning.  Jeremy 
Ohm started for Rosen on the hill pitching 7 inning.  Offensivly Rosen was 
lead by Evan Kraft, Trent Rademacher, Ethan Scoblic, and newcomer Tom Zupan 
with 2 hits and Redgey Rademacher, Jeremy Ohm, Zach Ronglien and Mickey 
Rademacher with a hit apiece.  

Chokio 6  Rosen 3
Rosen dropped thier second game of the weekend.  After falling behind 6-0 
early the Express rallied late but couldn't finish off the comeback.  Evan 
Sammon started on the hill for Rosen throwing 4 innings.  Ethan Scoblic 
relieved and pitched 4 scoreless innings of relief.  Rosen out hit Chokio 9 
to 3 however, Chokio starter Nick Hervin struck out 12 Express batters in 7 
innings of work.  Rosen was lead by Ethan Scoblic having 3 hits, Redgey 
Rademacher with 2 hits and Aaron Adelman, Evan Sammon, Zach Ronglien and 
newcomer Justing Stamp with 1 hit apiece.

Granite Falls 10 Rosen 2
Rosen dropped a non-league game at Richter Field in Granite Falls on a rainy 
Wednesday night.  Recent Lac Qui Parle graduate Zach Ronglien started on the 
mound for Rosen, pitching 4 1/3 innings, before giving way to classmate 
Justin Stamp, who pitched 3 2/3's scoreless innings.  Evan Kraft continued 
his hot hitting, going 2-5 at the plate with a double. Stamp also collected 
2 hits.  Express players with 1 hit apiece were: Ethan Scoblic, Mickey 
Rademacher, Jesse Peterson, Jared Wollschlager and Tyler Adelman.  


Rosen 13 Appleton 7
Rosen picked up a win in league play.  Jeremy Ohm started on the mound and 
pitched 7 innings to get the win, his first of the year.  Ethan Scoblic 
pitched the final 2 innings in relief.  Ohm lead the way offensively hitting 
a grand-slam in the 1st inning.  Leading hitters for Rosen were, Travis 
Radermacher with 3 hits.  Mickey Rademacher, Aaron Adelman, Dominic 
Rademacher, Jeremy Ohm, amd Evan Kraft all had 1 hit apeice.

Rosen 3 Madison 6
Rosen gave up 6 runs in the 4th inning to Madison.  Kole Mastel started on 
the mound for Rosen in his first action of the year.  Ethan Scoblic, Zach 
Ronglien and Justin Stamp all pitched in relief.  Redgey Rademacher hit a 3 
run homer in the 8th for Rosens' only runs of the game.  Leading hitters for 
Rosen were, Evan Kraft with 3 hits, Justin Stamp 2 hits and Redgey 
Rademacher and Ethan Scoblic with 1 hit apiece.

Rosen 2 Ortonville 3
Rosen held a 2 run lead heading into the bottom of the 8th when Ortonville 
plated 3 runs off of tough luck loser Jeremy Ohm.  Ohm went the distance on 
the mound for Rosen.  Rosen managed only 3 hits in the game with Mickey 
Rademacher, Redgey Rademacher and Travis Radermacher all having 1 hit apiece.

Rosen 11 Benson 6
Rosen got back on the winning track as they defeated Benson.  Trent 
Rademacher started on the hill for Rosen before giving way to Ethan Scoblic 
in the 2nd inning.  Scoblic was on his game as he limited Benson to 1 
unearned run in the 6th inning.  Rosen had 8 hits in the game but were 
helped by Benson pitchers as they allowed 11 walks and hit 5 batters.  
Travis Radermacher had 2 hits to lead Rosen and Scoblic, Jesse Peterson, 
Aaron Adelman, Tyler Adelman, Andy Strei and Trent Rademacher all had 1 hit 
apiece.

Rosen 0 Sacred Heart 13
Rosen dropped an non-league contest to Sacred Heart.  Mickey Rademacher took 
the loss on the hill pitching the first 5 inning before giving way to Jared 
Wollschlager to finish up.  Leading hitters for Rosen were Jesse Peterson, 
Travis Radermacher, Mickey Rademacher and Jared Wollschalger all had 1 hit 
apiece.

Rosen 4 Benson 8
Rosen lost a big league game to Benson on Sunday afternoon in Rosen after 
beating them 3 days ago in Benson.  Jeremy Ohm pitched well but was again 
the tough luck loser.  Leading the offense was Travis Radermacher with 3 
hits, Redgey Rademacher, Jeremy Ohm, Jesse Peterson, and Jared Wollschlager 
all had 1 hit apiece.

Rosen 5 Canby 15
Rosen held a slim 1-0 lead going into the bottom of the 5th inning.  
However, Canby would plate 5 runs in the inning and never look back the rest 
of the night.  Ethan Scoblic started on the mound and battled control 
problems in the middle innings of the game.  Zach Ronglien pitched in 
relief.  Travis Radermacher continued his hot hitting collecting 3 hits in 
the game and also drove in 4 runs.  Mickey Rademacher had 2 hits and Evan 
Kraft, Jesse Peterson and Ethan Scoblic had 1 hit apiece for 
Rosen.

Rosen 4 Madison 5
Rosen lost another heart breaker in Madison.  Rosen lost the game in the 
bottom of the 9th inning with 2 outs.  Jeremy Ohm pitched a solid 7 and two-
thirds inning to get a no decision.  Evan Sammon pitched well but was tagged 
with the loss.  Leading the offense was Justin Stamp with 3 hits, Travis 
Radermacher continued his hot hitting with 2 hits on the night.  Other 
players with hits were Redgey Rademacher, Tom Spors, Aaron Adelman and Trent 
Rademacher.

Rosen 2 Canby 6
Rosen lost it's annual 4th of July game to Canby.  Jeremy Ohm again pitched 
very well, pitching 9 innings giving up 4 earned runs on the day.  Leading 
the offense was Ethan Scoblic with 2 hits and Redgey Rademacher, Aaron 
Adelman also had a hit apiece.  

Rosen 4 Ortonville 6
Rosen suffered yet another close defeat this time to Ortonville on a hot 
afternoon in Rosen.  Evan Sammon started on the hill for Rosen, but battled 
control problems lasting only 1 plus innings.  Ethan Scoblic relieved for 8 
innings giving up only 3 runs but took the loss.  Leading the offense was 
Trent Rademacher, Travis Radermacher, Ethan Scoblic, Aaron Adelman and 
Jeremy Ohm with 1 hit apiece.

Rosen 2 Morris 14
Rosen struggled in its last regular season game of the year against Morris.  
Jeremy Ohm started on the hill for Rosen pitching 3 innings and was relieved 
by Travis Radermacher and Trent Rademacher. Leading hitters for Rosen 
were,Jesse Peterson, Redgey Rademacher, Travis Radermacher, Tom Spors and 
Tyler Adelman.

Rosen 7 Benson 9
Rosen dropped the first game in the series to Benson.  Jermemy Ohm went the 
distance on the mound.

Rosen 3 Benson 2
Zach Ronglien drove in 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th inning to win the 
game for Rosen.  Ethan Scoblic went the distance on the mound.

Rosen 5 Benson 7
Rosen lost the final game of the series in Benson.  Justin Stamp pitched the 
distance for Rosen.
