Update Photos/Docs Page Instructions



  1. If you wish to add or update a Photo or Document to the list on a Photos/Docs page, there must be a Name/Description in the left-hand column and a File Name in the right-hand column. You select a file name from the "drop down" list box on the right.
  2. All Photo and Document files must be uploaded first. To uploaded a Photo or Document file, go to your Update Index page and click on the Add Photos/Docs button and then follow instructions.
  3. To remove an entry from showing on the Photos/Docs page, simply blank out the Name/Description for that entry.
  4. Enter your password, and click the Submit button.
  5. When viewing the Photos/Docs page, you may have to click on your browser's Reload/Refresh button to see changes you've just done - this apples to the Photos/Docs page, the Update Photos/Docs page and the photos themselves.
