Dear Harlan Swim Team Parents and Swimmers,

WOW! I could not have been more pleased and proud of all of you than I was last Saturday. I thought everyone showed up with one thought in mind...to do their best. You did. You all brought your best and showed up to swim. We won conference not because we were the biggest, it was because we were the best! You should all be very proud of yourselves. You practiced hard, you listened well and you were well prepared. Super, super, SUPER performance! We had 19 first place finishes! We had relays that absoulutlely dominated their field and individuals that went undefeated. We had other swimmers that got called the night before to fill in and swam their best races of the season. It was fun. :)

The best thing we had was a team effort. As a team, we encouraged each other to do their best in practices and meets. We cheered our teammates on and swam whereever the team needed us to. Hard work always pays off! Congrats!

Thank you all so much for your communication, cooperation, time and talents. I will miss all of you next season. My kids will miss you next season......but even in Mustang country we will be sending cheers your way saying, "GO CYCLONES!"
