"Green For Life" (The book about Green Smoothies) I believe that everyone would see a huge, beneficial difference in their health, appearance, and energy level if they simply added one Green Smoothie per day to their diet. I think it is the one most beneficial lifestyle change that anyone could make. I cannot recommend this book more highly!

I believe that no diet is right for everyone. I also believe that if people would actually DO what is recommended in this book (an elimination diet to discover which foods are bad for them) and then eat only the foods that are right for their INDIVIDUAL body chemistries, we could reduce or eliminate our need for doctors for chronic health conditions. Wouldn't it be nice to only see a doctor for things like broken bones?
