All members of BCT, LLC are present College/University Professors as
well as Certified Police Trainers, recruited from only the finest pool of
candidates with expertise in specific given fields. The Founder, Adjunct
Professor Michael J. Woodrow is a highly decorated seventeen-year Police
Detective Sergeant in New Jersey where he has received twenty-three
commendations including induction into the American Police Hall of Fame. He
is also a graduate of the Florida Public Safety Academy (Police Academy),
Broward County, Florida. He continues to teach and develop curriculum at the
College Level as well as at the Police Academy. He has lectured at Oxford
University Oxfordshire, England (06') on Criminal Law; e.g., Threat
Assessment and has been invited once again to the World's most prestigious
institution of higher education in March 2009. Adj. Prof. Woodrow has
lectured as well on various topics including: Higher Learning Strategies and
Integrating Technologies in the College Classroom, etc. and is a member of
the New Jersey Association of Criminal Justice Educators as well as two
Intelligence Quotient Associations. He has personally created hundreds of
examinations at the College Level. Adj. Prof. Woodrow holds a Masters Degree
in Educational Administration & Supervision and continued his Doctoral work
in Higher Education at Seton Hall University. In addition, he is a certified
Psychophysiological Detection of Deception Examiner (Polygraph) having
graduated from the US Military NCTC Polygraph Institute. During his law
enforcement career, he was a member of two different Special Weapons &
Tactics Teams (SWAT-10yrs). Further, he was recruited by the Olympic Public
Safety Command for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah,
where he was part of (DART) Daily Assessment of Risk and Threat. He will be
part of the Vancouver, Canada Winter Olympic Games as well in 2010.
The comprehensive programs offered by BCT, LLC whether it be the SAT, PSAT,
GMAT, or various Public Safety Programs provided, have quickly become the
industry standard on tutorial studies and creation of the latter. Our
